Diabetes and Chronic Conditions Support

We are pleased to announce a six months diabetes pilot project that Caafi Health will be leading on. 

We will work with those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and are on medication or insulin to help them control their diabetes. We will also work closely with people who have recently been diagnosed with prediabetes and are attempting to reverse it.

These clinics will be held twice a week. One clinic will be included into the continuing community clinics that we now run at three separate locations in Bristol's inner city. The other clinic will be held once a week at Barakah Mall. Please see the following flyers for further information about these clinics.
